When you see something cool, you can say:
"Woaaah.. keren banget!!!" (man, it's so damn cool!)
definitely. You can use it to talk to ur friends..
'keren' can be used to replace 'handsome' or 'hot' (ganteng or tampan in indonesian)..
Situation: a group of girls see Brad Pitt
Girl A: wow, tu cowok keren banget! (woa, that guy is hot!) *note: TU is a shorter form of ITU or 'that'
Girl B: Iya, keren banget. (yeah, he's so damn hot) *note: banget: very (another form of SANGAT)
